The Stardust Hotel, Cabramatta NSW
This hotel was largely destroyed by fire in 2002 and required a major rebuild. With nearly 1700m2 of floor area, the brief was to provide gaming rooms, TAB, bars, restaurant and function facilities with a high level of flexibility. Numerous changes to the use of internal spaces have been undertaken without major modifications, since its completion, confirming the success of the flexible planning concept. Exchange Hotel, Balmain NSW
Undertaken in collaboration with Kate Young Design, this project refurbished the first floor of this historic hotel, which encompassed a new restaurant, bar, function facilities and veranda.
