Royal Hotel Accommodation, Randwick NSW
Conversion of a heritage listed villa adjoining the Royal Hotel Randwick, into 5 star accommodation for the hotel. This building had been operating as a paediatric doctors surgery and a day care centre and was generally in a poor state of repair. Incorporating the required facilities into a constrained plan was a complex undertaking, requiring extensive co-ordination with planning and heritage experts.

The Eastwood Hotel, Eastwood NSW
The major refurbishment of an existing hotel and external courtyard to provide new bars, gaming and restaurant facilities. The design brief extended to signage, identity and logos. By the extensive use of curved bars, walls and ceilings and materials such as marble and terrazzo, the 1930’s appeal of this hotel was reinvigorated. Click image to see project portfolio

The Lansvale Hotel and Motel, Lansvale NSW
The existing building date from the 1970’s and fronted the Hume Highway, was a faced brick building that was not attracting the moving traffic. In this project we designed a whole new façade enclosing a double storey atrium forming a new hotel reception. The remaining building was gutted and replanned to provide a gaming room, bars, restaurant with dining terrace and private function rooms.
